WARNING AND DISCLAIMER

Although we have made available for your use bikes/and canoe believed to be in average usable condition, you should take note that biking/boating has inherent hazards. You should be careful to check to see that the bikes and the canoe are in good condition before each use and you should be sure to wear protective headgear/lifejackets provided for each participant. Please note that you should make sure to take oars when you take the canoe out and that you do not overload the canoe. Take care to obey the rules of the road/lake and do not use the bikes/canoe in a hazardous fashion where they could be harmful to either your group or other users.

Under US law the Landlord/Agent hereby disclaim all liability or injury or death to any person arising out of your use of the lake, canoe/bike, or any of the gear.

Release

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I have read the above warning. I hereby accept the responsibility described and all risks inherent in such use. I agree to exonerate and hold harmless the Landlord/Agent whether such injury or death be to me, any family members, or guests of mine.
